I can't remember the exact reason I joined deviantART six years ago (on my older account), but I do remember that a classmate told me I should. So I did.
At first, I kinda just browsed, looking at all the art. Then I eventually submitted a few things. Got feedback. Tried to improve. Rinse, lather and repeat.
After a year or so, I took a break from the internet, dA included. I was more then happy to return though.
My story isn't anything special. I think the biggest deal would have been my account move. Other then that, it's pretty bland...unless you count some of the people I've met here. They make it far from bland.

Desktop and Poster Thingy
So does everyone remember my last journal about the desktop I was making out of the art of Akari and Rin?
Well I got an update of sorts, as well as a list of the current artists (and a pending one) that drew my two girls.

I have some ideas, and currently one spot is pending already if it'll be filled without me having to request/commission someone else.
